Modular #DoneRight

EUNICE, LA – FEBRUARY 21, 2018 – Done Group is pleased to announce the production of its first quick service restaurant (QSR) in Eunice, LA.

The team recently opened a manufacturing plant in Knoxville, TN and has since been producing modules for the QSR industry. Working with general contractor Burns & McDonnell, Done Group has prefabricated the modules offsite and will be transporting them from Knoxville to Eunice at the end of February. Each quick service restaurant will be made of four modules that will travel in sequential order for installation. This process will add time-saving value upon delivery to site and will allow subsequent trades to be on site quicker than with a traditional stick-built QSR. The modules include full floor and wall finishes, MEP connections, plumbing fixtures, HVAC ducting and they have all been built in compliance with current IBC fire codes.

The client approached Done Group with a request to modernize the standard QSR building process. “We are proud to introduce and showcase our innovation to the quick service restaurant market,” says General Manager Darren Barnes. “Lochsa Engineering, Fastwalls, Martyn Consulting and Vulcraft are all leaders in their respective industries and we are proud to have worked with them to create an exceptional product for this project.” The team has dedicated significant resources to research and development for quick service restaurants and has worked closely with the client to ensure design needs were met and to provide solutions.

The quick service restaurant in Eunice, LA is scheduled to be fully complete in April 2018.
